What is included and what to plan for

Included: accommodation, three daily meals, academic and cultural programmes, English-language materials and transport to organised activities.

Your expenses: travel to and from the event, insurance and personal spending. Some optional activities may cost extra.

A participation fee and a deposit may apply. Check the terms and deposit refund conditions before confirming.

How to take part

2. Sign in to your BEST account

Applications are handled by BEST Europe. Register or sign in.

3. Prepare your application

Explain your motivation for the course and answer the questions in its application.

You can apply to up to three BEST Courses per season and be accepted to one. Applying does not guarantee a place.

Do I need prior knowledge?

It depends on the course. Check its requirements and level before choosing.

Can I receive university credits?

Your university decides whether to recognise credits. This is not automatic.
