Because of our unique mission to create the next generation of technology leaders, equipping them with transversal skills and teamwork abilities. Because of our international environment, learning English, our positive atmosphere, our drive to excel, our leadership sessions, feedback, time management... Everyone has their own reasons, ask our members what theirs is.
At a local level, we manage the organization of several events throughout the year. The most iconic one is FIBEST, the leading employment forum in Castilla y León, which currently has more than 24 editions. We also organize international events.
BEST Valladolid was founded in 1994, thanks to a group of friends who discovered BEST during a trip to Budapest. They were so impressed by what BEST was capable of that they decided to found a local branch. Motivational Letters for courses were handwritten and sent by mail, imagine those times!
BEST Valladolid is based on technology students, but it is not closed to any student from the University of Valladolid. If you are interested in any aspect of technology, soft skills, student development or event organization, you are welcome to join our association. 
As a youth association linked to the University of Valladolid, the only requirements are to be a student of the University of Valladolid and to be under 30 years old at the time you become an active member of BEST Valladolid.
At a local level, it is not necessary to know English, although it is advisable to want to learn it well in order to fully enjoy the opportunities offered by BEST’s international network. Every year we organize 2-3 events with international participants, and it is well worth getting to know them.
But don’t feel limited, each member of BEST Valladolid has a higher or lower level of English, but that does not limit us in any way.
