FiBEST, recognized as the largest Job Fair in Castilla y León, has a unique defining feature: it is organized by those who best understand the needs of students and recent graduates—the students themselves.

Our primary goal is to facilitate that first step into the professional world by creating a meeting point for university students, companies, and institutions. In line with this objective, we host a series of activities leading up to the event designed to help students prepare for their future careers.

FiBEST was created, implemented, and developed by students from the BEST (Board of European Students of Technology) association in Valladolid.

The event is supported by public institutions such as the University of Valladolid, the Regional Government of Castilla y León (via the ECyL public employment service), the Provincial Council, and the Valladolid City Council.
